摘　　要：论述了在工业区改造中应该重视旧工业建筑的文化价值与经济价值两方面因素,并提出二者具有紧密的关系 指出在沈阳铁西工业区所展现的经济价值的背后蕴含着极高的文化价值,这一点在铁西工业区面临大规模改造的今天,成为一个不可忽视的问题.笔者旨在探索如何在这一地区的建设过程中,使它的文化价值和经济价值得到充分的体现,使沈阳城市建设的品位得到进一步的提升.并以沈阳低压开关厂为例,分析铁西工业区改造过程中提升文化价值的具体的操作措施,为铁西工业区的改造提供有益的理论基础.Tiexi District in Shenyang is an important industrial base of China,which is well-known throughout the world.It has not only the value of economy but also a very high cultural value.This paper advances a transforming style with a cultural quality in the reforming process of Tiexi District.Our purpose of the research is to explore how to remove the cultural value from the old buildings and environment into new buildings and city spaces so as to promote the quality of city construction.
