摘　　要：为降低ADI机床齿轮铸件毛坯的废品率 ,对其缩孔缺陷进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,为减少和消除缩孔缺陷 ,应注意铸型的刚度。the study about the shrinkage defects is carried out in order to reduce the rate of rejects for the roughcast of machine tool gears, the results indicate that the stiffness of casting mould,cooling speed and carbon equivalent should be paid attention to so that the shrinkage defects can be reduced and removed.
