摘  要:实施油管的现场探伤对防止油管泄漏或断裂事故的发生具有十分重要的意义。提出一种适于对油管损伤进行现场检测的磁性检测法并设计了多传感器子系统,它用一个包含霍尔传感器和聚磁器的聚磁检测单元阵列实现了局部损伤和壁厚损伤的综合检测。该多传感器子系统具有损伤分辨力高、效率高、结构简单及现场适应性强等特点,已成功应用于基于磁性传感器信息融合的油管损伤在役检测系统中。In-situ inspection of oil well tubings is of great importance. The magnetic method and multisensor sub-system for inspection of oil well tubings were proposed. The multisensor sub-system simultaneously performed the detection of localized faults and wall loss using a magnetic concentrating unit array including Hall-effect sensors and magnetic concentrators. It was high in resolution and efficiency, simple in structure, and adaptable to in-situ conditions. It was well used in the inservice inspection system based on magnetic sensor data fusion for oil well tubings.
