摘　　要：加入世贸组织给中国保险市场带来了深刻的变化。保险市场竞争主体和竞争规则日益国际化 ;保险、证券、银行混业经营趋势加强。结合中国保险监管的长期总体目标和现实阶段性目标 ,认真分析研究中国保险监管环境的变化 ,探索一套符合中国国情的保险监管模式及积极开展国际保险监管研究与合作 。Entering into the WTO gives the Chinese insurance market a impressive change, the competitive subject and rule in insurance market took on a internationalization, the trend of combined operation in insurance,security and bank is strengthening.Connected with the long-term overall objective and the real phasic objective,this paper analyzes the Chinese environment's changes in insurance supervision seriously, explores a series of insurance supervised model according to the domestic situation,and puts forward that it is a good idea of pursuing international research and cooperation in insurance supervision actively to promote the stable development of Chinese insurance industry.
