胃喜康煎剂对大鼠胃溃疡愈合质量的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察胃喜康煎剂对消化性溃疡愈合质量的影响。方法　采用乙酸注射至大鼠浆膜下形成胃溃疡模型 ,随机分为对照组、模型组、雷尼替丁组、胃喜康组 ,分别灌服生理盐水、雷尼替丁及胃喜康煎剂。用HE染色对大鼠愈合性胃溃疡再生黏膜进行定量观察 ,用硝酸还原酶法检测血清NO ,用放射免疫法检测血浆ET含量 ,用氢气清除法测定胃黏膜血流量。结果　胃喜康组再生黏膜厚度高于模型组及雷尼替丁组 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清NO含量显著高于模型组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,血浆ET含量明显低于模型组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,GMBF显著高于模型组和雷尼替丁组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　胃喜康煎剂可能是通过增加NO、降低ET含量、增加胃黏膜的血流量、改善胃黏膜微循环 ,达到提高胃溃疡愈合质量的目的。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Weixikang Decoction on the quality of the healing of gastric ulcer. METHOD Animal models of gastric ulcer were made by injecting acetic acid into the rat's subserosa, and the rat's were divided into a control group, a model group, a ranitidine group and a Weixikang Decoction group, fed with saline, ranitidine, and Weixikang Decoction respectively. HE staining was used to observe the regenerative mucosa, nitrate reductase method was used to detect serum NO, radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of plasma ET and hydrogen clearing method was used to determine the blood flow of the gastric mucosa. RESULT The thickness of the regenerative mucosa in Weixikang Decoction group was greater than that in the model group and the ranitidine group (P<0.01,P<0.05), the content of serum NO was greater than that in the model group (P<0.01), the content of plasma ET was markedly lower than that in the model group (P<0.01), and the level of GMBF was markedly higher than that in the model group and the ranitidine group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Weixikang Decoction can promote the healing of gastric ulcer, probably by increasing NO, reducing ET content, promoting blood flow of the gastric mucosa and improving the microcirculation of the gastric mucosa.
