摘　　要：文章通过以软件方式实现的视频会议系统的介绍,通过简单音频设备提出了如何利用声卡来实现音频的实时采集、回放,并介绍了具体的实现方法和音频的传输以及关键技术。Through the introduction of videoconference system designed by software method, the paper applies how to use the sound card as a simple audio device to implement audio real-time collection?play-back,and the paper points out the designing methods and key points in audio implementation and transmission.
