HT高密封性特殊螺纹套管在气井中的应用

摘　　要：由于普通API螺纹套管难以承受高于 70MPa高压气体 ,开发加工了高密封性能的SEAL—LOCKHT特殊螺纹套管。这种螺纹套管的结构特点是 :①端面和侧面为特殊结构密封 ,套管的气密封性能好 ;②采用倒钩螺纹设计 ,提高了螺纹的抗拉和抗内外压能力 ,可防止套管倒扣松动 ;③螺纹结构先进 ,套管插入方便 ,入扣不易错扣 ;④抗过扭矩能力强 ,螺纹联接可靠。室内试验表明 ,该螺纹套管加载 4 32kN ,施加气压 79 9MPa ,气密封良好。 8口井现场应用均取得成功 ,下套管节约 8～ 12h ,节约套管成本 10 %～ 15 % 。Since the conventional API threaded casing is hard to bear gas with a pressure above 70 MPa, a specially-threaded casing with high sealing performance is developed. This threaded casing, named SEAL-LOCK HT casing, has the following characteristics: (l)good gas sealing ability by applying special sealing structure at end faces and side face; (2)adopting barb thread design to improve the tensile- and compression-strength and to prevent unscrewing of the casing; (3)advanced thread structure ensuring easy casing screwing; (4)reliable thread connection with high over-torsion-resistance. In the room test, the specially-threaded casing was loaded 432 kN at a gas pressure of 79.9 MPa, resulting in good gas sealing ability. And the application in 8 gas wells succeeded.
