不同砧木大石早生李光合特性研究

摘　　要：采用CI301PS光合测定仪对3种砧木嫁接的大石早生李的日变化光合特性进行测定,结果表明,不同砧木嫁接的大石早生李的光合速率有一定差别;不同砧木不同树龄的大石早生李净光合速率的日变化均呈"中午降低型"的双峰曲线,峰值、峰值出现的时间不同;3种砧木1a生大石早生李净光合速率的日变化差异不显著;毛桃砧的大石早生李的净光合速率较高,2a生毛桃砧大石早生李的净光合速率显著高于其他种砧木的大石早生李。Studies on the photosynthetic features were given to the Dashi early maturing plum with three different stock using a photosynthetic apparatus CI-301ps.The results show that there are some differences about the photosynthetic rate of the plum with three different stock. The daily variation curve of net photosynthetic rate of the plum with different stock on different ages was measured as a 'noon decreasing shape with double peaks' .The value of the peak and the time when it appears were different.The daily variation of net photosynthetic rate of one year plum with three different stock was not remarkable .The net photosynthetic rate of wild peach stock was higher .But the net photosynthetic rate of two years plum with wild peach stock was much higher than others.
