摘 要:目的调查干保存使用中的无菌容器、持物钳是否保持无菌状态,有无可能成为医院感染的传播媒介。方法对干保存有效期内使用前及使用4h内更换前的无菌容器、持物钳进行细菌培养,采样时,用浸有无菌生理盐水采样液的棉拭子在持物钳尖端部至钳的下1/2处各侧表面反复涂抹4次;同样用浸有无菌生理盐水采样液的棉拭子在无菌容器的内底部及无菌容器的下1/2高内侧处反复涂抹4次后,放入5ml生理盐水试管中送检。结果灭菌后有效期内使用前的无菌容器、持物钳均为无菌生长;而干保存使用中的持物钳、容器存在着细菌污染机会,持物钳污染率最高为10.3%,容器污染率最高达23.1%。结论有条件的医院,特别是Ⅱ类科室,如新生儿、ICU、烧伤病房等应做到无菌持物钳一用一更换,消除因存放带来的污染机会,使感染机会降至最低。Objective To understand if the contamination of tongsand containersby germsexitsin dry conservation and if they are likely to be media for hospital infection.MethodsThe sampleswere taken from the tongsand containerswithin4hours'dry con-servation by mopping the tip and1/2lower part of the tongsand1/2interior part of the containerswith cotton mop soaked in sterile saline solution for4times.The sampleswere reserved in5ml saline solution for test.ResultsAfter disinfection,no germswere found to grow in the tongsand containersused in valid term,while in dry conservation the tongsand containersstood the chance of contamination,the rate for the tongsreaching10.3%and for the containers23.1%.Conclusion In those well-facilitated hospitals,especially at the departmentsat classII such asdepartmentsof pediatrics,ICU and burns,the tongsand containersshould be changed in time after immediate use so asto avoid contamination from conservation and minimize occurrence of infection.
