涂层用PP专用料的开发

摘　　要：选用PP(F401)粉料,采用降解法研究降解PP配方及工艺条件。然后将降解PP与PE树脂通过螺杆掺混造粒制得PP涂层专用料。应用试验结果表明该专用树脂质量稳定、剥离强度超过1N/mm,生产的制品各项指标均满足GB/T8947要求。The formula and process of coating PP were studied by degradation. The coating PP special material was then prepared by blending the degraded PP and PE. The application test showed that the coating PP special material had stable quality and its peeling strength was higher than 1N/mm.
