摘　　要：利用热空气炉燃煤产生热烟气加热空气作为热源干燥粉状磷铵。由于该炉原设计选材不耐高温 ,加上该厂所用燃煤含尘、硫偏高 ,引起辐射管、集气箱面板、预热器管束积尘结垢 ,管子炸裂 ,部件损坏快 ,运转周期短。经改用 314奥氏体不锈钢和 30 4材质 ,改变辐射管加工方法和热空气炉结构后 。In a hot air stove, coal generates hot flue gas to heat the air, then the hot air is used to dry the powder ammonium phosphate. The intolerance of the pipe materials to high temperature, and higher ash, sulfur contents in the coal resulted in dust, scale deposits on radiation pipes, plenum chamber panel and preheating tubes, and pipes crashed, parts destroyed and short running period. Through the replacement of austenite stainless steel 314 and 304 materials, the changes of radiation pipe's manufacture process and structure of hot air stove, the running period is prolonged.
