摘　　要：在分析了铜扁线连续挤压机成形部件结构的基础上 ,运用I -DEAS创建节点和单元 ,构造出坯料及成形零部件的有限元模型 ,并用DEFORM软件对其进行有限元分析 ,建立金属三维空间塑性变形流动模型 ,得到各场量分布 。In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the structu re of die and chamber on the continuous extrusion machine. The authors have constr ucted the whole finite element model of flan and forming accessories on I-DEAS, then using DEFORM analyzed this finite element model, building the model of the material flow in the three-dimension space. We address the parametric investiga tion on the structures together with the flow characteristics in the die region.
