摘　　要：“数字黄河”是“原型黄河”的虚拟对照体,是借助信息技术等现代化手段采集基础数据,对全流域及相关地区的自然、经济、社会等要素构建一体化的数字集成平台和虚拟环境。“数字黄河”工程从2001年开始建设,2003年4月水利部正式批复了“数字黄河”规划。在总体规划下,黄委明确了“数字黄河”工程的近期目标,并对各个组成部分进行科学全面的总体设计,明确了工程建设方法与步骤。目前,“数字黄河”工程蓝图绘就,框架体系基本建成,六大业务应用系统建设取得可喜的进展,在黄河治理开发中已初见成效。Digitalized Yellow River”is a kind of ficti—tious counterpart of the“original Yellow River”,which aims at collecting data by means of information tech·nology and forming an integrated digital assembling platform and fictitious environment for key factors of nature。economy and society etc.for the whole river basin and its related areas.“Digitalized Yellow River’’project started in 2001 and its plan were formally ap—proved by the Ministry of Water Resources in April 2003.Under the general plan,the Yellow River Water Resources Commission defines the recent target of“Digitalized Yellow River”project。and carried out sci·entific and comprehensive design for the contents ofthe plan as well as method and procedure of project construction.At present.the blueprint of“Digitalized Yellow River”project has been completed。so has itsframework. Six applied systems of the project have been developed that has achieved an effective result in the Yellow River Harness.
