摘  要:超长型自控温热电缆是利用高科技PTC材料,专用于普通稠油、结蜡原油、高凝固点原油加热降粘的开采工具。其工作原理是通过配套工具、配件将超长型自控温热电缆敷设在油管外壁,电缆接通电源后整体发热并传给管内流体升温降粘,减小流动阻力,使油井正常生产。十年来,在100余口普通稠油井、结蜡井和高凝油井上应用,效果较好,减少了作业次数,提高了原油产量。该工艺技术先进,温度自控,功率自调,沿程加热效果好,可节电节能,具有广阔的发展前景。The high-tech PTC material is used for superlong and autocontrol-temperature heating cable. The cable is specially used for heating and viscosity reduction of conventional heavy crude, wax-bearing crude and high-wax-content crude. Its principle is as follows: the superlong and autocontro-temperature heating cable is laid outside the tube by the means of the suitable tool and fitting. When the power supply is switched on, the whole cable will be heated and make the fluid in the tube warmed up and viscosity reduced. The flow resistance is reduced and the oil wells will produce normally. It has been used in over 100 wells of conventional heavy crude, wax-bearing crude and high-wax-content crude for 10 years. Good effect is achieved with the less operational times and enhancing oil production. This technology is advanced with automatic temperature control and power adjustment. The effect of heating on the way is good. The power and the energy are saved. So it has a wide developing prospect.
