摘 要:以六亚甲基亚胺为模板剂,采用动态晶化水热法合成了MCM-22沸石,并对其进行了物相表征。采用XRD、TG、FT-IR等手段测定了BETA及MCM-22沸石的孔结构和酸性质,还考察了它们的活性、稳定性以及对产物的选择性。结果表明,催化剂的活性和稳定性与催化剂的酸性和孔结构有密切关系。BETA沸石比MCM-22沸石的初始活性高、稳定性低。在相同的反应条件下,就催化反应的产物中目的产物异丙苯(以丙烯为基准计)的选择性而言,MCM-22沸石比BETA沸石低1%~2%;就正丙苯的含量而言,MCM-22沸石比BETA沸石低3~4倍。MCM-22 zeolite was synthesized with hexamethyleneimine as the organic template by hydrothermal synthesis method and was characterized by XRD. The acidity and textural properties of BETA and MCM-22 zeolites were investigated by means of FT-IR, TG and low temperature N2 adsorption method. Their activity,selectivity and stability in the alkylation of benzene with propylene were also evaluated. The experimental results showed that both the acidity and pore structure greatly affected the activity and stability of zeolite, BETA appeared to have a higher initial activity and MCM-22 appeared to be clearly superior to BETA in terms of stability. At the same reaction conditions, the selectivity of iso-propylbenzene(based on propylene) over BETA is 1% ~2% higher than that over MCM-22 and the amount of w-propylbenzene is 3~4 times as that over MCM-22 zeolite.
