板材用共聚酯PETG的合成

摘　　要：以DMT或对苯二甲酸、乙二醇和自制CHDM为原料 ,醋酸锌为添加剂 ,醋酸锑为催化剂 (其中锑与锌的元素比为 9∶5 )进行了板材用共聚酯PETG聚合工艺研究 ,确定较佳合成条件为 :以磷酸三乙酯为稳定剂(其中磷元素添加量为 2 0 μg/ g) ,使用常规聚酯缩聚工艺 ,合成了特性粘数为 0 .6 9dL/g的改性共聚酯(PETG) ,应用挤出流变仪进行了成型试验及相关性能测试。The copolyester PETG for plate materials was prepared from dimethyl terephthalate or terephthalic acil, ethylene glycol and self-made 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol with antimony triacetate as catalyst, zinc acetate as additive \[N(Sb)/N(Zn)=9∶5\], and the optimal copolycondensation conditions were investigated. The results showed that by using triethyl phosphate as stabilizer(\ 20 μg/g) the modified copolyesters PETG could be by conventional technics and its inherent viscosity is 0.69. The primary properties of the extruded plate (thickness 1 mm) were tested by extrusion rheameter.
