摘　　要：对齿轮轴冷挤压凹模镶块及其套筒内壁建模并进行应力计算,根据应力结果对镶块的结构利用ANSYS进行分析,找出薄弱环节进行改进性设计,以提高模具的使用寿命,为同类设计提供参考依据。Stress on inlayed blocks of gear axis cold extrusion die and sleeves walls are modeled and ac-counted, and inlayed blocks are analyzed with ANSYS on the basis of stress result. Then dotty position is found out to improve the design. By this way, the service life of mold ean be improved, and offer reference for the kindred design.
