摘  要:本文在综合楔横轧轧制过程不同阶段轴向移动量计算规律的基础上,开发并编制出轴向移动量计算机源程序,并用该程序定量地分析了断面收缩率、展宽角、成形角和轧件直径工艺参数对其轴向移动量的影响规律,为楔横轧多楔模具优化设计与仿真提供高效的计算手段和重要的理论依据。In this paper, based on synthesizing rules in axial movement of rolled part in different stages of cross wedge rolling, a source program to calculate axial movement of rolled parts has been developed. In the meantime, this program is applied in analyzing the impact of quantificationally different technical parameters on the axial movement of rolled parts in cross wedge rolling, in a condition of changing rough diameter, form-ing angle, spread angle and area reduction in turn, which provides a high effective calculating method and im-portant theoretical basis for optimizing design and simulation in multi - wedge mould in cross wedge rolling.
