摘　　要：回顾 2 0世纪 80年代以来发生的主要金融危机 ,作者认为委托—代理投资及其引发的道德风险是导致资产泡沫形成、膨胀和破灭并最终引发金融危机的重要原因 ,最后给出相关结论。After a brief review of the main financial crisis that occurred in the 1980's,this article illustrates some different opinions about the reasons of the formation of financial crisis.On the basis of this,this article argues that the principal—agent investment and the moral hazard generated from it is the important cause which leads to the formation,development and crumbling of asset bubbles and the occurrence of financial crisis.Finally,some proposals are indicated.
