针刺降低兔慢性高眼压机理的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨针刺降低兔慢性高眼压的机理。方法　以 1%α 糜蛋白酶溶液 0 1ml注入兔眼后房建立慢性高眼压模型。 2 0只兔分为针刺组和模型对照组 ,观察两组兔眼治疗前后C值和F值的变化。结果　针刺后组间C值比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,组间F值比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　针刺降低兔眼压的机理是增加房水排出 。OBJECTIVE To observe mechanism of acupuncture for l owering intraocular pressure in experimental chronic ocular hypertension of rabb its METHODS Model of chronic ocular hypertension was induced i n rabbits by injection of 0 1ml of 1%chymotrypsin into posterior chamber Twen ty rabbits were divided into acupuncture group model control group There were 10 rabbits in the each group The rabbits were treated with acupuncture in the ac upuncture group, and were not treated in the control The changes of factor of ou tflow C and rate of aqueous production F were measured in two groups before and after treating RESULTS After acupuncture ,the titer of C was e levated evidently compared with control group ( P <0 05),but the titer of F did not change ( P >0 05) CONCLUSION The mechanism of lo wer intraocular hypertension is that outflow of aqueous cou ld be increased by acupuncture, but aqueous production was not decreased
