摘　　要：介绍了WEBGIS技术的特点、基本原理和实现方法,及其在管理海量地理数据中的优势,并构建了基于WEBGIS的地震灾害信息数据的主体框架。This article introduced the characteristics,basic theory and realizing methods of WEBGIS technology as well as its advantages in managing largequantity data. By analyzing and comparing the implementing methodology of WEBGIS,it brought forward the management plan pointing to the characreristics of earthquake disaster information. Based on web GIS,the framework for publishing earthquake disaster information is constructed. According to this framework,the manage system of earthquake disaster information have been developed in National Headquarters for Earthquake Disaster Mitigation.
