摘 要:用药剂和生防菌防除玉米成株期上的冰核细菌,可以达到减轻或控制玉米霜冻危害的目的。在-4℃发生霜冻的条件下,所述3种处理都有不同程度的防霜效果,其防效顺序为:防霜剂1号(54.94%)>抗霜素+SR01006生防菌(33.63%)>抗霜素+壮丰优(22.35%),即防霜剂1号防效最显著,它既能杀灭INA细菌,又能破坏冰核活性物质(冰蛋白),是一种无公害、杀菌谱广的新型杀菌剂,具有良好的防霜应用前景,值得进一步示范应用。In this study, one kind of competitive bacteria and several chemicals were tested for their efficacy in alleviating frost damage to corn by controlling ice nucleation active (INA) bacteria inhabiting on adult plants. When frost occurred at-4℃, all the three kinds of treatments showed effective in reducing frost damage to corn, with an efficacy order of Fangshuangji No.1 (54.94%), Kangshuangsu plus competitive bacterium of SR01006 (33.63%), Kangshuangsu plus Zhuangfengyou (22.35%). Fangshuangji No.1 was most effective, which both eradicate INA bacteria and destroy ice nucleating protein. As a new type of bactericide, it is safe to environment and has a broad antibacterial spectrum. Considering its good performance in controlling frost damage, Fangshuangji No.1 is worthy to be further studied.
