摘　　要：针对继电保护管理领域的现状及面临的新形势,研究了利用.net框架采用Server/Browse方式构建网络化的继电保护管理系统的相关技术问题,研究分析了继电保护管理的工作流程和特点。在系统软硬件设计中充分考虑了系统的通用化和实用化问题,给出了电力系统继电保护管理系统的实现方案,同时对系统的软硬件架构及优势、特点和系统功能进行了介绍,对系统运用的网络安全性和数据安全性方面进行了分析。According to the actuality and the new condition of relaying protection manage field,this paper study a serial of correlative technology problem of designing network relaying protectionmanage system by using the .net frame and the model of Server/Browse,and analyses the processflow and specialty of this system. Considering universality and practicability in the system design of the software and hardware adequately, we propose a realizable method of relaying protection manage system of power system. On the other hand,this paper introduces the software and hardware frameand function of this system, and analyses network security and data security that are using in thissystem.
