摘　　要：商鞅变法取得了极大的成功 ,对其法治思想的分析于当今的改革大有裨益。商鞅法治思想可归纳为唯法、重轻、求速、治吏等四个方面 ,每一点对我们今天的法治都有所启示。With a great success to his society,it is productive for us to analyse our present reforms through his legislation theories and innovating experiences.His legislation theories can be summarized into four respects:to stress the law,to punish minor offence severely,to pursue the rate,and to dominate the government officials,which all can do some good to our times.
