摘　　要：采用建筑负荷计算的动态方法之一 :热平衡法 ,并采用HTB2软件 ,以香港地区某建筑为例进行了模拟计算 ,得到建筑内各区的温度及负荷逐时变化情况 ,为空调系统的设计和机组的选择提供了有力的技术支持。One of the dynamic simulation method——heat balance method was used multi-zone load and temperature changing with the time an office building in HongKong were simulated.By program HTB2,the strong technical support were provided for the design of AC system and the choice of plants.
