摘　　要：结合医疗卫生体制改革和我国加强法制建设的要求 ,针对当前部分医务人员对医疗纠纷的模糊认识 ,提出预防医疗纠纷、处理医疗纠纷必须依照法律行事 ,以强化医务人员依法行医的观念 ;并提出了具体诊疗实践中应注意的有关事项。Linking the reform of medical system with the judicial construction of our country, and with regard to some ambiguous understanding of medical staff on medical disputes, the article stated that hospital must abide by the law in preventing and handling medical disputes in order to solidify the legal notions of medical staff. The article further raised several items concerning the practice of medical treatment.
