摘　　要：本文阐述了正确的战略思想是战略计划制定和实施的基本思想和观念，它贯穿于医院战略管理的全过程；并阐述了战略思想的几个主要内容：即满足军民需要的思想、系统化思想、着眼未来思想、竞争思想、依靠群众思想、信誉思想等。Strategic thought, which is the basic idea and concept for the design and implementation of strategic plan, isapplied throughout the whole process of hospital strategic management. The article illustrated the main contents of strategicthought: the thought of satisfying the needs of the military and the public; systematic thought; future-or1ented thought;competition thought ; the thought to rely on the masses; and reputation thought.
