摘　　要：本文从多角度对医疗服务的含义及特征进行分析，认为：医疗服务是以专业技术服务为主、具有高风险性和高知识密集性的系统性综合性的社会服务。它是人类生活最基本的需求之一，是具非公共品特性的准公共品；科学性和技术性是其最主要的特征。它显著的系统和时间特性决定了服务提供方式的特点；对它进行数质量的测度必须遵循知识类和服务类产品测度原则。Having analyzed the implication and characteristics of medical service from different angles, the article stated thatmedical service, which is based on special knowledge, is a systematic and comprehensive social service, which contains highrisk and high knowledge density. It is the basic necessity of mankind, and a semi-public product. Its major characteristics arescientific and technological. The featured characteristics of system and time determine Its service method. Its quantitative andqualitative measurement bust conform to the standard of knowledge and service products.
