摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定穿琥宁注射液的含量。方法:ODS色谱柱,以甲醇-0.05％磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH2.5±0.05)(7:3)为流动相,251nm为检测波长。结果;线性范围0.3～1.8μg,平均回收率100.7％(n=9),RSD;1.0％。结论:本法简便,专属性强,可用于该制剂的含量测定。The HPLC method has been studied to determine the contents in Patassium Dehydographolide Succinate Injection. Method:ODScolumn,the mobil phase was a mixture of methanal-0. 05% Patassium Dihydrogen Phosphate(pH2.5±0. 05) (7: 3)and detected at 251nm. Results:The method was linear within the range of 0. 3-1. 8μg·ml-1 ,the mean recovery was 100. 8%(RSD=0. 9 n = 6). Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate and is suitabale for determine the contents of Patassium Dehydographolide Succinate Injection.
