摘　　要：建立一种简便有效的测定甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱中的有机溶剂残留量的顶空气相色谱法。5种有机溶剂的回收率在98.1％～105.2％之间;相对标准偏差均小于6％;最低检出限为5.2×10^(-5)～2.5×10^(-3)。To establish a HS-GC method for determining residual organic solvents in Codergocrine Mesylate. The method was simple and quick,the recover were 98. 1% -105. 2% ,the relative standard deviation and relative error were less 6% ,and detection limits in the range of 5. 2×10-5μg/ml-2. 5×10-3μg/ml..
