肺炎喘嗽液治疗毛细支气管炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过用肺炎喘嗽液口服治疗毛细支气管炎的病例观察,探讨该方治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:按单盲随机分组对照的方法,选取76例住院毛细支气管炎患儿,分为治疗组和对照组。对照组单用西药常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用肺炎喘嗽液口服,并检测两组患儿治疗前后血清IL-4、IL-5、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平的变化。结果:治疗组总体疗效为90.0%,优于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清IL-4、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),而IFN-γ较治疗前上升(P<0.05),IL-5治疗前后均无显著性改变。结论:肺炎喘嗽液是治疗毛细支气管炎的有效药物。Objective: To study the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of Feiyan Chuansou Oral Liquid in infants with bronchiolitis. Methods: A simple-blind randomized trial of: choose 76 cases of infants with bronchiolitis and divide them into two groups, namely treatment group and control group. Two groups treated with conventional western therapy. The patients of treatment group take Feiyan Chuansou Oral Liquid. Analysis the alteration of serum IL-4, IL-5, IFN-γ, TNF-αbefore and after therapy. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group is 90.0%, which is better than that of control group (83.3%) (P<0.05). Compared with cytokines levels before therapy, the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 were much lower, IFN-γ level were higher, and IL-5 level has no significant change after therapy. Conclusions: Feiyan Chuansou Oral Liquid show obvious effects in treating bronchiolitis. There are functional imbalance of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines in the infants with bronchiolitis.
