内镜引导下沙氏探条及气囊联合扩张治疗贲门失驰缓症的护理

摘　　要：目的　探讨内镜引导下沙氏探条及气囊联合扩张治疗贲门失驰缓症的护理。方法　分析了 2 8例患者应用内镜引导下沙氏探条及气囊联合扩张治疗贲门失驰缓症后系统地进行了术前的心理护理、器械准备 ,术中娴熟的配合及术后饮食及并发症观察的护理。结果　 2 8例患者应用内镜引导下沙氏探条及气囊联合扩张治疗贲门失驰缓症 1～ 3次后 ,成功率 10 0 % ,无护理并发症发生。结论　内镜引导下沙氏探条及气囊联合扩张是治疗贲门失驰缓症有效方法 ,而术前心理护理、熟练的术中配合及术后严密观察并发症是治疗成功的重要保证。Objective To explore the nursing of dilatation with Savary-Gilliard bougies and balloon guided by endoscope in patients with achalasia.Methods Psychological nursing before dilatation, preparing machine, assisting in the course of dilatation, directing food after dilatation and observing complications were systematically performed in 28 cases.Results None nursing complications appeared after Savary-Gilliard bougies and balloon dilatation in 28 patients with achalasia. The successful rate is 100%.Conclusions The dilatation of Savary-Gilliard bougies and balloon guided by Endo-scope is effective to achalasia. Psychological nursing before dilatation, assisting in the course of dilatation and observing complications are very important.
