摘　　要：目的:评估大剂量自体脂肪颗粒注射移植隆乳术的临床效果。方法:在局部浸润麻醉下,应用常规注射器吸脂法从身体某处皮下脂肪堆积处抽取脂肪颗粒,将其洗净后注射移植至乳房后间隙及皮下。结果:33例受术者术后随访3～25个月,31例效果良好,另2例大部被吸收。结论:只要采用正确的方法,大剂量脂肪颗粒注射移植隆乳术可取得满意效果。Objective:To evaluate the clinicl effect of augmentation mammoplasty with great fat particles injection autotransplan-tation. Methods: After local infiltration anesthsia,fat particles from subcutaneous layer were aspirated with the current syringe liposuc-tion method and washed,then were reinjected into breasts.Results:31 cases showed good efficacy through follow-up observation for 3 - 25 months.2 cases had lower survival of autogenous fat transplantation.Conclusion:Great fat panicles injection autotransplantation was a good method of augmentation mammoplasty as long as we used the correct method.
