摘　　要：目的　探讨乳管扩张症的临床特点及手术方式。方法　回顾性分析 5 5例乳管扩张症患者的临床资料 ,根据不同的临床表现 ,划分类型 ,再选择手术方式。结果　 5 5例患者均手术治疗 ,均痊愈出院。Objective To study and evlauate the clinical characteristics and operative methods of mammary duct ectasia.Methods The clinical data of mammary duct ectasia were reviewed and stduied.The different types were administered according to the different clinical symptoms,the suitable operation was underwent for each case.Results All cases were cured successfully.Conclusion The surgical management is the most important methods for mammary duct ectasia.
