摘 要:目的 比较腹腔镜手术与传统剖腹手术时 ,手术室内的空气污染状况并探讨其原因。方法 实验在传统空调手术室进行 ,以二氧化碳、氮氧化合物、甲醛、乙醇和异氟醚的浓度为观察指标 ,分别测定腹腔镜手术与剖腹手术的不同时段 (术前、术中及术后 )手术室空气中上述五个观察指标的浓度。结果 在传统空调手术室 ,腹腔镜手术与剖腹手术的不同时段 (术前、术中及术后 )手术室空气中均存在着不同程度的空气污染 ;腹腔镜手术较剖腹手术的污染物种类多、浓度高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 手术室空气中存在着空气污染 。Objective To explore and compare the air pullution in the operating room between the laparoscopic surgery and traditional surgery. Methods This experiment was carried out to explore the air pollution of laparoscopic surgery and the traditional surgery in the nonpurified operating room. As observe indexes, gas samples of carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, formaldehyde, ethanol, and isoflurane were sampled in 3 different stages (before operation, during operation, after operation). Results There were slight or heavy air pollution in the operating rooms during different phases (“before operation”, “during operation” and “after operation”) of a operation (laparoscopic or traditional surgery). The concentrations of air pollutants in laparoscopic surgery were higher than those in traditional surgery. More kinds of air pollutants were found during laparoscopic surgery than during traditional surgery. Conclusion The level of air pollution in laparoscopic surgery was higher than that in traditional surgery.
