摘　　要：本文通过电荷与质量对应物理量相似性的类比,提出了电荷时空的新概念,认为电荷时空与四维时空是全息相似的。在电荷时空假设的基础上建立了相应的理论,该理论可以解释一些有关的时间变慢的不可思议的自然现象和一些有关的特异功能方面的现象。On the basis of the electricity and mass resemble each other in phsics.A new conception of electric time-space is presented.
