摘　　要：目的;了解口服降糖药在本院临床应用情况及用药趋势。方法:对本院2000～2002年口服降糖药的用药频度、购药金额、每日药费进行统计分析。结果:口服降糖药有14种,DDDs排序在前的是价廉的药物;合资药购药金额高于国产药购药金额。结论:口服降糖药的临床应用基本合理。Objective:To find out the current situation and developing trend of use of hypoglycemic agents used in our hospital. Methods: To make a statistic analysis of oral hypoglycenu'c agents used in our hospital during a period from 2000 to 2002 with frequency,daily cost and the sum of money in transaction-Results:There were 14 kinds of oral hypoglycemic agents in total.Inexpensive drugs were prevenient in the order of DDDs. The sum of money was larger in transaction of drugs produced by joint ventures than those indigenous.Conclusion: The clinical use of oral hypoglycemic agents was reasonable.
