摘  要:选用厚环乳牛肝菌、灰环乳牛肝菌、赭丝膜菌3种外生菌根真菌和树木生长需要的营养元素,进行了高效复合菌剂的研制及其日本落叶松接种效果的研究。通过室内PDA生物测定,L27(313)田间正交设计育苗、载体配方、菌体复合、干燥、包粒等技术的研究,研制并生产出高效复合菌剂—EMC固体颗粒剂。确定了EMC菌剂的保存期及圃地育苗的最适用量。日本落叶松床播育苗结果表明,经EMC菌剂处理的播种苗苗高、地径等生长量比对照提高18.68%~41.67%,比单一菌剂提高6.25%~14.00%,比基质提高12.50%~21.43%;Ⅰ级苗率提高10.80%~12.5%。获得了显著的经济效益。Studies were conducted regarding research and produce of high efficient mixed fungus agent and its inoculation effect on Larix kaempferi by choosing 3 ecto-mycorrhizal fungi, namely, Suillus grevillei, S.aeruginascen and Cortinarius russus and nutrients for tree growth. High efficient mixed fungus agent - EMC solid pellet was produced through such studies as indoors PDA bio-essay, seedling cultivation by L_(27)(3^(13)) field orthogonal designs, formula of carrier, compounding of fungus, drying and pelletizing techniques, and preservation periods and optimum dosages of seedling cultivation in nursery of EMC fungus agent were determined. The results of sowing experiments of Larix kaempferi indicated that height and ground diameter of seedlings treated by EMC fungus agent increased by 18.68%~41.67%, 6.25%~14.00% and 12.50%~21.43% respectively compared with control, single fungus agent and medium. Rate of first-grade seedling increased by 10.80%~12.5%, remarkable economic benefits were obtained.
