摘　　要：以公告专利为例,介绍了用快速检索、高级检索和专利号检索3种检索方式检索美国专利的具体方法,为提高检索美国专利的查全率和查准率,提供了一些检索技巧。Taking the patent announcement as the example, this paper introduces the concrete methods for retrieval of American patents through three retrieval models of rapid retrieval, high- level retrieval and patent number retrieval, which provide some skills for increasing the recall ratio and precision ratio for the retrieval of American patents.
