混业经营与我国金融监管体制的发展

摘　　要：论述了金融自由化与全球化使得传统的分业经营逐渐显露出它的局限性,以混业经营取代原有的分业经营是我国金融业发展的必然趋势,而功能性金融监管体制是新形势下我国金融监管体制的必然选择,进而提出了对我国功能性金融监管体制框架设计的建议。This paper discusses on that the financial libralization and globalization makes the traditional seperative operation show its limitation gradually, and replacing the original seperative operation with the mixed operation is an inevitable trend of the development of Chinese financial trade, and the functional financial suporvisory management system is an inevitable selection for Chinese financial suporvisory management system under the new situation, and further puts forward some suggestions for the design of the frame of Chinese functional financial supervisory management system.
