摘　　要：阐述了分类编目一体化这一新的工作模式对图书馆编目人员业务技能的要求,包括著录技能的要求,计算机技能的要求及标引技术的要求等几个方面,并提出了提高编目人员业务技能的途径。This paper expounds the requirements of integration of classifying and cataloging, a new working mode, for the professional skills of cataloguers of library, including the requirements of description skills and computer skills, etc., and puts forward some channels of increasing the professional skills of cataloguers.
