摘　　要：目前,水利水电概(估)算编制规定中PCCP管是作为建筑工程费用,压力钢管是作为安装工程费用进入工程投资的,文章对PCCP管及压力钢管主材费用是作为设备费还是作为安装费来处理提出一点看法,并进行了简单的分析。At present, in the water conservation and hydroelectricity general estimate budget stipulation, PCCP pipe and pressure steel pipe are taken into engineering investment as construction engineering fee and erection engineering fee separately. This paper puts forward some opinions of that the fee of PCCP pipe and pressure steel pipe is regarded as equipment fee or erection fee, and makes simble analysis.
