摘　　要：针对东风4D型机车主机油泵出油管管路的振动情况 ,分别对该管路上的 3个主要部件 :主机油泵、减压阀、溢流阀的工作原理、工作状况进行分析和研究 ,找出了振源 ,并根据机务段的实际提出了解决措施 ,取得了良好效果。In this paper,the author discussed how to reduce the vibration level of the oil output pipe of the main lubricating oic pump of DF 4D type locomotive.By analyzing the operation theory and operation state of three main parts of the oil pipe line system(main lubrication oil pump,reducing pressure valve and safty valve),the author found the output pipe line vibration source.And then he put formard some improving measure.The field application showed that improvement was effective.
