摘 要:目的 观察产前应激对子代大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响。方法 实验采取产前束缚应激模型。中、晚期应激组分别给予束缚应激。雌、雄动物各 8只 ,进行Morris水迷宫定位航行试验和空间搜索试验。结果 ①中、晚期产前应激组子代与正常组相比到达平台的潜伏期延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;晚期产前应激组雌性子代到达平台的潜伏期较对照组长 ,同时较晚期应激组雄性也有所延长 (P <0 .0 5 )。②空间探索试验 ,中、晚期产前应激组子代在原平台所在象限停留时间较对照组短 ,但无统计学意义。结论 产前应激可引起子代学习能力的改变 ,尤其是对晚期产前应激组雌性后代更为显著。Objective To observer the effect of prenatal stress on the spatial learning and memory of offspring rats. Methods The prenatal restrained-stress model was adopted. The dams in moderate pregnant and later stage were restrained respectively. The offspring rats from each group were examined in Morris Water Maze. Results ①The escape latency to reach the platform in prenatal stress groups offspring was longer than that in control( P <0.05). The latency in female offspring of LS was longer than that in CON female and LS male ( P <0.05). ②In spatial probe test, the staying-time of the MS and LS offspring in the quadrant of the primary platform was shorter than CON, but the result did not reach statistical significance. Conclusion Prenatal stress can affect the capability of spatial learning in the offspring, especially in LS female offspring.
