摘　　要：目的　调查部队基层医疗单位消毒灭菌状况 ,提出改进措施。方法　采用问卷调查表及现场抽查方式 ,对34所基层医疗单位的消毒灭菌方法、消毒灭菌效果监测、一次性医疗用品使用管理等进行调查和评价。结果　部队基层单位对医疗用品采用有效消毒灭菌方法占 6 2 .72 % ,不适当的消毒灭菌方法占 2 4 .4 2 % ,未消毒处理物品占 12 .86 %。结论　基层医疗单位应落实消毒灭菌制度 ,更新知识 ,加强监测。OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of disinfection and sterilization in the military primary medical organisation in order to protect the personnel health. METHODS The questionnaire and the spot investigation were performed in 34 military primary medical units in order to find out the information including the method and monitoring effect of disinfection and sterilization, and administration of disposible sterile medical articles. RESULTS Of the medical articles in the military primary medical units, 62.7% were effectively disinfected and sterilized, 24.42% were ineffectively and 12.86% were not done. CONCLUSIONS The study of the knowledge and technique of disinfection and sterilization should be fulfilled for standardizing their procedures in the military primary medical organization.
