无毒稳定剂在PVC-U给水管材/管件生产中的应用

摘　　要：从初期着色性能、制品物理性能、重金属含量与卫生性能等方面探讨使用无毒稳定剂生产给水管材的配方工艺要求 ,从注塑浇口红斑、外观光泽差等探讨使用无毒稳定剂生产给水管件的配方工艺要求。通过一系列配方和工艺试验对无毒稳定剂进行了甄选。Startting from the initial colourability,physical property,content of heavy metal and hygienic requirement,the application of non-toxic stabilizer to the production of PVC-U water-supply pipe and pipe fitting was studied. The effects of red stain at gate on the quality and luster of the product were also discussed,and non-toxic stabilizers were selected based on experiments.
