摘　　要：以板状刚玉和富铝尖晶石为主原料 ,采用泡沫浸浆凝胶工艺制备了Al2 O3 - (30vol% )MgO·1 .35Al2 O3 泡沫陶瓷。研究了分散剂AN - 2 0 0 0与pH值对Al2 O3 - (30vol% )MgO·1 .35Al2 O3 混合浆料流变特性的影响。在pH值 =9.5、AN - 2 0 0 0添加量为 0 .4mL·m-2 的条件下制备的粘度为 0 .1 4Pa·s,固相体积分数为 55 %的Al2 O3 - (30vol% )MgO·1 .35Al2 O3 混合浆料 ,通过有机泡沫浸浆、引发凝胶反应、湿坯干燥、排胶和烧结 ,制备出了气孔率为 89.3 % ,强度为 5 .2MPa的Al2 O3 - (30vol% )MgO·1 .35Al2 O3The influence of dispersant AN-2000 and pH values on rheological behavior of Al 2 O 3 -(30vol%)MgO·1.35Al 2 O 3 suspensions was investigated.The viscosity of resulting gelcasting slurry containing 55 vol% solids loading by adding 0.4 mL·m -2 dispersant AN-2000 at pH=9.5 was 0.14 Pa·s.In this process,the Al 2 O 3 -(30vol%)MgO·1.35Al 2 O 3 foam can be prepared by soaking the pre treated polymeric sponge into slurry, then by gelation, drying, binder burnout and sintering.The specimens foam with apparent porosity of 89.3% and compressive strength of 5.2 MPa was fabricated by above process.
