清热解毒汤治疗老年(热毒型)银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察清热解毒汤治疗老年(热毒型)银屑病的临床疗效,安全性。方法随机,对照法。结果清热解毒汤治疗老年(热毒型)银屑病(PASI评分≤30)与新体卡松比较,对于治疗前后PASI评分的改善无统计学差异(P>0.05)。清热解毒汤组总有效率为66.7%,对照组80.0%,但统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05)。并且清热解毒汤对改善患者的舌象,脉象,口干舌燥程度,明显优于新体卡松,并且治疗组的副作用发生率(6.7%),远小于对照组(75.0%)。结论清热解毒汤在治疗老年(热毒型)银屑病上有独特之处。Objective To study clinical effects and safeness of Qingre Jiedu decoction (QRJD decoction) in treating the elderly psoriasis. Methods Random,selection of cases and control group were used.Results The difference of PASI score of Neotigason or QRJD decoction during pre-treatment and post-treatment had no statistical significance (P >0.05) (PASI score≤30).The total effective rate of QRJD decoction group is 66.7%,the controlgroup is 80.0%, they had no stotistical significance(P< 0.05). The QRJD decoction is obviously superior to Neotigason in improving patients′tongue-appearance,pulse-condition and the dryness of mouth. In addition the occurrence of side-effect of QRJD decoction treatment group (6.7%) is far less than that of the control group (75.0%). Conclusions The QRJD decoction has special effects in improving the blood-heat-type elderly psoriasis .
