摘  要:本文研究了基体接枝甲基丙烯酸(MAA)对氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)填充线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)电气性能的改善。接枝反应在密炼机中采用固相接枝方法进行。红外光谱分析表明在基体上进行了接枝反应后,当氢氧化铝填充量较小时各种电气性能略有下降,而对于高填充量的复合材料,电气性能却得到了明显的改善。断面电镜照片表明基体接枝改善了填料在复合材料的分散状态,以及在填料表面形成了绝缘层。Improvement of the electrical properties of LLDPE compound highly loaded with aluminium hydroxide by grafting methacrylic acid to the matrix is investigated. The grafting was realized in a mixer using solid phase method. The IR spectroscopy showed that after the grafting to the matrix, electrical properties of the compound would decrease slightly if the content of aluminium hydroxide was low and would improve remarkably if the content of aluminium hydroxide was high. The result of SEM showed that the grafting to the matrix improved the scattering of the filler in the compound and an insulating layer was formed on the surface of the filler.
