摘　　要：[目的]分析6城市150家医院抗肿瘤药物用药的现状和趋势。[方法]统计6城市150家医院抗肿瘤药物用药的金额、生产公司等,分析临床用药情况。[结果]抗肿瘤药用药金额2002年比1999年、2000年和2001年分别增加118.85%、74.40%和32.15%,年均增长率为29.83%。康莱特的用药金额居各年之首。[结论]抗肿瘤药物在医院占有重要地位,且逐年快速增长。To survey and evaluate the present situation and trends of anticancer drugs med-icated in150hospitals at6cities.The anticancer drugs medicated,the cost for consump-tion and the drug producers etc.in1999～2002in150hospitals at6cities were analyzed in the sur-vey.The cost of anticancer drugs consumption in2002increased118.85%,74.40%and32.15%compared with1999,2000and2001respectively,with an average increasing rate29.83%.The sum of Kanglaite occupied the first place in the cost list.[Conclusion]The anticancer drugs medicat-ed play an important role in the hospital with a rapidly increasing trend.
